Frank "The Enforcer" Nitti bought this Limosine new in late 1933. He was just taking over the Chicago outfit from Al Capone. Nitti, being private and cautious, wanted a Limo that was understated and not flashy. This was opposite of Capone who enjoyed drawing attention to himself.
