This 1948 Ford F-4, affectionately known as Fred, was purchased from a farm in Iowa. It was in rough shape, to say the least, but I've always loved these old trucks. My goal was to restore it to look factory but also have some modern conveniences to make it more enjoyable to drive. It took me 10 years to complete the restoration and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've enjoyed taking it to a few local shows, taking my kids to school in it and just cruising around.
